Surfacing & Structure Engineering

Class-A quality control and the structural work that turns a surface into a part that can be moulded and assembled.

• Class-A surface with highlight and zebra inspection
• Parting, draft, wall thickness, clips and ribs
• Tolerance chains, motion and interference checks
• CAE input for strength, modal and lightweight targets

Clay & Tooling Support

Physical models and the tooling behind them, with trial shots closed out before mass production starts.
